Tasks, lists, purchases, trips, events and money — in one place, next to your calendar.
People — one card per person: everything you share with them, tasks and money, is visible at once. Balance adds itself up: who owes whom, both ways, each currency separately.
Signing in needs only your name and email from Google. Your records are locked with your key: no one can read them on the server — not even the author of the product.

What Google and Telegram add
Sign in with one button. Calendar and contacts are read only after you press the button — and only read.
- Calendar next to your tasks. What’s in your Google Calendar shows in one feed with task dates and events.
- Bookings from mail — straight to the board. A hotel or a ticket that Google found in your mail appears here, and with one button you decide what it becomes: a booking, an event or a task.
- Contacts with one button. People come over from Google Contacts, duplicates are merged, everyone gets a single card.
- Read only. Nothing is written to or deleted from your Google account.
Telegram
The Poryadok bot works for you, for those who don’t have the app, and for those who do.
For you
- Reminds you in time. Task dates, bookings, debts — the bot writes “It’s time” in the chat and stays quiet at night.
- Forward it to the bot — it’s on the board. A text, a photo of a receipt, a voice message appear in the app, and with one button you decide what they become: a task, a list, a bill.
For those without the app
- They answer with one tap. An event invitation, a debt confirmation, “half returned” — right in the chat; your board updates by itself.
- No sign-up, no install. They don’t need an account or an app — everything that concerns them arrives in their usual Telegram.
If you both have the app
- One thing — on two boards. An accepted invitation is already yours, with its date and place; moved — it moves for both; cancelled — both see it, with no messaging back and forth.
- A debt seen from both sides. One number; if one of you corrects it, the other agrees or disputes — instead of finding out a month later.
- Nothing entered twice. What one of you adds is already there for the other — under their own key.

Bill split
You ate together — settle up without the awkwardness: a photo of the receipt, shares per person, and everyone sees what they owe.
Bookings and payments
Hotel, table, tickets — every booking at hand: what is confirmed, what is waiting to be paid, and the voucher in a photo so you never dig through your mail.
Chip in
Chipping in together: a gift, a table, a rental. You see how much is needed, how much is in and who has not paid yet.
Claim list
People take the items: who brings what to the picnic, who gives what. They take them from the chat with one tap, and what is taken disappears for the rest.
Debt
Borrowed or lent — one card for the person and the amount. It shows who owes whom, how much is left and by which day.
Document expiry
Residence permit, passport, insurance, licence — the product remembers the end date and speaks up in advance, not on the last day.
Event with guests
A party without the chaos: guests get their invitation in Telegram and answer “coming / not coming”, and afterwards there is a shared album and the bill.
Form
One question for everyone — address, size, allergies. People answer from the chat in their own words, and you get the answers listed by person.
Group order
Ordering for everyone? People pick what they need through one link, and you get the finished total: who is taking what, and when to collect it.

Shopping, packing, the things to do before you leave — all in one place with tick boxes. Set a deadline and a reminder comes: nothing gets lost.
