Privacy policy

“Poryadok” is made and run by one person — me, Aleksey. It works on my own server in Germany. There are no ads, I do not sell your data and I do not hand it to anyone on the side.
What I learn about you when you sign in
You sign in with a Google account. At sign-in I receive only your name, email address and profile picture. That is what gives you your own way in and your own space: the product tells you apart from other people by your email address. Sign-in takes nothing else.
The calendar — only if you connect it yourself
The “Connect calendar” button lives inside the product. After it, the product reads your events — from a week back to a month ahead: the title, the start and end time, the “all day” mark and the link to the event in Google — and shows them in one feed with your own things. The product creates nothing and changes nothing in your calendar: the access is read-only. Do not connect it, and the feed will hold only your own entries.
Contacts — also only at your own click
“Connect Google Contacts” brings the name, phone, email and note of the people you choose into your address book. The write permission is needed for one thing: if you tick “also create in Google Contacts” while adding a person, the product creates the entry there. Without that access the address book is filled by hand.
Where everything is kept
Everything you create — blocks, lists, tasks, events, expenses, people, photos of receipts, settings — and everything that came from Google is stored in my database on my server. The keys that open Google are kept there too; they are shown on no screen and sent nowhere. Other users do not see your data. A guest link opens exactly the one order you shared, and nothing else.
The key is yours
The names, phone numbers and emails of your contacts, the titles of your things, places and notes are locked with a key that neither the server nor I, the maker of the product, hold — only your browser reads them, when you have signed in with your phrase. What stays open: the email you sign in with, amounts, dates, the links between records and the address of your chat with the bot — from these the product totals debts and sends reminders on time. Data imported from Google passes through the server in transit and is not stored in the clear. Files — receipts and photos — live in Telegram; as before, Telegram and the service have technical access to them, the key does not lock them, so personal photos you would not show to anyone are better left unsent. If you lose both your phrase and your backup key, no one can bring the locked records back — not I, not the server. That is the price of being the only one who can read them. So keep your backup key somewhere safe.
What I see
There is no screen for me to open anyone else's contacts, debts or receipts — each person sees only their own. But honestly: the database is on my server, and what the key does not lock — amounts, dates, links, the login email — I can see as the administrator; what the key locks I cannot read either, I do not have your phrase. I look only if you asked me to fix or delete something, or the product broke. The product builds no reports over anyone's data.
Who the data goes to
No one — apart from the cases you switch on yourself. Invite a person into a task, and what you asked of them goes to their Telegram bot, and only after they agree in the bot. Search for tickets or hotels, and the provider gets dates and cities, without names. There are no counters, analytics or advertising services in the product.
How long it is kept
Events from Google — while they fall into the shown window; once out of it, they are erased. Photos of receipts — 180 days, then they delete themselves. Everything else lives as long as your account lives.
How to delete everything
In the product: your name in the top bar → “Delete account”. Everything goes at once — blocks, people, money, photos, the bot link, the Google access. Separately you can revoke the access on Google’s side: myaccount.google.com/permissions — after that the product stops reading the calendar and contacts straight away.
What happens to what you write to the bot
Text sent to the bot after the /feedback command is read by the product author — me. Other messages to the bot are not stored: it replies with a hint and forgets them.
